hi,
when i tried to download theme, it keeps showing me “certificate error. contact application supplier.” as such, I can’t download all these nice theme. wat can i do?

Hi Jason go to menu - tools - application manager - options - settings turn online certification to off.
You will be download without any problem after you
do this.

hi hi,
i’m faced the same problem, but my phone was already set to online certification off. It still didnt work. only after i changed the setting for software installation - all did it work. maybe you can try that too.

i must have done something wrong..i have logged in but still i get the password window and even
i write my password i cant get in..why is that?

use the one that you get in email not the registered one

yup.. it works now… after changing software installation to “all” and online certif. check to “off”. tks lotz

when i tried to download software,i’ve got msg that authentication failed.my software download option is on all and i’ve also offed online certi. Check.what should i do to download software?help me.

As suggested above try changing your date back to jan 2005 and try again to install.
