UM lite is one cool free application. Now you can forward your sms’s as an email on your Nokia e61i through this application. This was a serious function missing in the phone, remember all the funny sms’s you receive from your friends but you could not email them to a friend or email a copy of an important sms, now you can do that with Unimessage.

The Active Standby Screen!

The active standby screen is a one glance of what your phone is doing whether it be a missed call, unread sms message, push mail/pop mail, calender, to do items and of course the WLAN wizard. The best part about blogging is that you can express your feelings with like minded people. After having a terrible meeting my e61i fell badly today face down from my colleagues desk. Guess what nothing happened to it until…yes here comes the annoying part…later I discovered that the silver back cover is moving slightly. Please symphatize with me and tell me the back cover is slightly moving in yours as well. Make me feel better.

I was very excited about using the Nokia’s bt headset which was light and looked cool in black. Please see the post in accessories I do not remember the name, neither am I interested in mentioning or looking up the model number. The reason being it broke when I pushed the power button too hard, why did that happen because I found it was cheap imitation by China. So, yes I was duped. Now that I am back on my old Jabra 250v which is a bit hard on the ear (wonder how Jack Bauer wears it for 24 hours) I am happy it is working without a problem.

Their was a rumor going on that the notification light (the light in the upper left corner that blinks at regular intervals whenever you receive a mail, sms or missed call) is not working at one of the forums. One of e61iblog’s members “ibulldog” has confirmed that his notification light is also not working. Please beware of this problem and check this problem immediately on your handset so you like our member don’t suffer.
