		<description>simple thumb rule according to me, a PDA or a smartfone where u check emails can not be the replacement for a PC and/or laptops. it is a "on the go" device helping u to stay connected and hence requires a lot of "respect" in how we treat it :-) refreshing new emails only, getting headers only and ensuring we back up data is all simple ways of optimising performance, for example i check emails on my e61i only when i dont download it into a pst in my laptop. keeping emails on the server hampers performance of both the PDA and/or its capabilities. just thought, will share this for all those exchange users.</description>
