I don't consider any of those devices a real replacement for a laptop! It depends what you're trying to do but anyone remotely close to a 'power user' of a laptop is simply not going to be able to work with a smartphone. Of the Nokia devices, the E90 is the best, of course, due to the screen and keyboard, which are by far superior to the E61i, let alone any other phone. However, the price you pay is in weight and bulk. I have used an E61i with WLAN for e-mail/web and with Quick Office 4.5 Premier for document creation/editing. However, web browsing is problematic due to the amount of scrolling required to view many sites and, whilst simple documents can be created and edited, it's not very productive to use a keyboard and screen of that size!
